To measure visibility, we query public AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude using the brand terms you provide. We also rely on trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers only access data as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
