These Terms govern your use of Prescy's website, free checks, accounts, subscriptions and AI-visibility reports (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them.
If you use Prescy for an organisation or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and submit the relevant brand information on their behalf.
Who provides Prescy
Prescy is operated by RECIO LTD ("Prescy", "we", "us"). Our registered and trading details are provided during checkout and on your payment receipt. You can contact us at hello@prescyai.com.
The Service
Prescy checks how selected brands appear across supported AI and search services, tracks buyer-style searches and competitors, and produces scores, findings and suggested actions. Features, supported engines, limits and scan frequency depend on your plan and may change as the Service develops.
Free checks are snapshots. Paid tracking provides the features shown for the chosen plan on the pricing or checkout page. We may improve, replace or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, and will give reasonable notice if a material change significantly reduces a paid plan.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email or Google account secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person or organisation may not create accounts to evade plan limits, suspension or charges.
Trials, subscriptions and tax
- Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, plus VAT or other applicable taxes.
- Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, a 14-day trial automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription when the trial ends. You authorise the payment method supplied at checkout to be charged until you cancel.
- You can cancel during the trial and will not be charged. After billing starts, you can cancel through the billing portal at any time.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain paid access until the end of the current billing period unless the billing portal tells you otherwise.
- Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. This does not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights you may have.
We will not increase your recurring price without advance notice. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it applies.
Your inputs and client brands
You keep ownership of the domains, brand details, buyer searches, competitor names and other material you submit ("Customer Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, query and otherwise process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content, including when acting for a client. Do not submit confidential personal data, sensitive personal data or material you are not authorised to use.
Reports and intellectual property
Prescy and its licensors own the Service, software, design, branding and underlying methods. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your account or subscription.
You may use, download and share reports generated for your brands or authorised client brands for your internal and client work. That permission does not allow you to resell access to Prescy, copy the product, remove ownership notices, or use our outputs to build a competing dataset or service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, abusively or to infringe another person's rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the Service's security, access controls or usage limits;
- scrape or access the Service by automated means except through an interface we expressly provide;
- reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code, prompts or systems, except where the law cannot restrict that right;
- misrepresent generated findings as independently verified facts where they have not been verified; or
- share login credentials outside the people permitted by your plan.
AI results and third-party services
AI and search services are operated by third parties and can return different, delayed, incomplete or unavailable results depending on timing, location, model changes and other factors outside our control. Prescy scores and recommendations are estimates based on the responses available when a scan runs. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, recommendations, traffic, revenue or future results.
Reports are for informational and planning purposes. You remain responsible for reviewing findings before acting on or sharing them. Prescy does not provide legal, financial or professional marketing advice.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Prescy available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control may affect access or scan completion. Contact hello@prescyai.com if something is not working and we will use reasonable care to investigate.
Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using Prescy or delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your account, brands, scan history and settings and cancels an active subscription. Export anything you need first.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate misuse, address non-payment or comply with law. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
If you use Prescy for business purposes, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data that could reasonably have been backed up. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or £100. These limits do not apply to amounts you owe us or your infringement or misuse of another person's rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. If Prescy processes personal data on your behalf as part of client work, contact us if you need a data-processing agreement before submitting that data.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. We will post the new version and change the effective date. For a material change affecting an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the Service. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights or access to courts available under the laws of the country where you live. If you use Prescy for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Please contact hello@prescyai.com first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
General
These Terms, the plan information shown at checkout and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Prescy. If a part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a genuine reorganisation or sale of the Service, provided that your rights are not reduced.
